It is hard to pick just one memory to be my favorite, because there are a lot that stand out. The one that stands out the most is planning the Fall Carnival. This event was one of, if not the first event that I planned as a Program Director. I was able to be super creative with it and have so many cool things at the event, even a zip-line in the apartment quad! I remember being so worried about the weather as that is something that always seems to be a challenge for MAP. I’m pretty sure I checked the weather multiple times a day, probably for two weeks straight leading up to the event. Luckily, mother nature was on MAP’s side that day and it turned out to be a great day and a lot of people came out to the event. It was great to see everything come together and see people having fun and being surprised when they saw a zip-line in the quad.
Unfortunately, as this is my senior year, this chapter of my life is coming to an end. I am happy that I was able to create so many great memories during my time as Stevenson and as a part of MAP. I will always be able to carry all of those with me after I graduate!
